Pantry membership offers long term support to anyone requiring help with the cost of living crisis
1. Pantry members must be referred by a recognised agency.
2. Membership is *£3.50 per visit, this must be paid before use.
3. Membership may be extended past the maximumn terms at the discretion of the board.
4. Members must follow any instruction's that our team give.
5. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
6. Pantry items cannot be sold or exchanged.
7. The KLSB Community Pantry is open for residents of Larbert & Falkirk Council Ward 4 only.
The maximum pantry membership is 8 weeks from the start date.
Our staff are all volunteers and as such they deserve to be treated with respect.
If anyone is abusive or threatening to our staff then their membership will be terminated without notice.
*The £3.50 fee is a membership fee and not a payment towards pantry items.
